Spareau Family XL grey-water recycling kit with two tanks

Spareau Family XL

Combine savings and sustainability in one product. Family XL recovers grey water from showers, basins, baths and, where needed, washing machines, then treats it for toilet flushing and appropriate outdoor uses.

Ready-to-install kit

A complete system supplied as a kit, with automatic draining and an integrated by-pass.

Three filter cartridges

Multi-stage filtration with an integrated meter to monitor water reused. UV treatment is optional.

Up to 12 occupants

Designed for small collective settings such as guest houses, site accommodation and shared offices. Two tanks provide up to 240 litres of usable capacity.

What can the Family XL kit do?

Installed at a low point in the building, Family XL automatically collects grey water, filters it and prepares it for a second use. Your project study checks the sources, connections, intended uses and site requirements.

Collect grey water

Water from changing-room showers, staff basins or laundry is diverted through a self-cleaning pre-filter that retains hair, fibres and suspended particles.

Treat the water

Three cartridges provide staged filtration. Automatic draining and the by-pass support operation and maintenance. Optional UV treatment is specified according to your configuration.

Reuse the water

Use treated water for toilet flushing and suitable non-potable cleaning and irrigation. The correct configuration depends on your building and intended uses.

Lower operating costs and a smaller water footprint.

Reusing grey water reduces the drinking water required for non-potable needs. Savings and payback depend on water tariffs, occupancy, consumption and total installation costs.

Each cubic metre recovered helps reduce demand on local resources and provides a practical water-saving initiative for your environmental programme.

Who is Family XL for?

The complete kit is intended for small collective premises with up to 12 occupants. A low installation position allows grey water to arrive by gravity. Access, drainage and electrical requirements are checked before installation.

Restaurants and bars

Recover water from handwashing basins for toilet flushing or appropriate outdoor uses.

Sports centres and pools

Changing-room showers provide a regular source of grey water for non-potable reuse.

Hotels, spas and guest houses

Reuse basin and shower water to reduce drinking-water demand for toilets and suitable garden irrigation.

Farms and site accommodation

Recycle wash and shower water on site for non-potable cleaning, irrigation and sanitary needs.

Holiday lets

Reduce running costs and offer guests a visible commitment to responsible water use.

Businesses

A practical water-saving measure for offices, workshops and shared spaces.

A larger collective project?

For residential buildings, offices, shopping centres, campsites, motorway service areas and other high-use sites, an individual study determines capacity and treatment. Tell us about the water sources, number of users and intended reuse.
